You've joined a Marker.io workspace as a Member. Unlike a Guest, you can see feedback across the whole workspace and help manage it, not just report and follow your own. Unlike a Manager or Admin, you don't set up projects, integrations, or the widget. This guide covers what you can do.
If you were expecting to set up a project or connect an integration, you'll need the Manager role. See Workspace Setup and ask an Admin to upgrade your access.
What you can see
You have full dashboard access at app.marker.io. You can view feedback submitted by other Members and by Guests, including session replay, dev tools data, and custom metadata attached to each report.
Triaging feedback
On any issue, you can:
Change its status (see Issue Statuses)
Set its priority (see Issue Priority)
Categorize it with an issue type, like Bug, Improvement, or Feature Request (see Issue Types)
Assign it to yourself or a teammate (see Assignees)
Commenting
Open any issue's page to add a comment. Comments are visible to the reporter. If you need to discuss something with your team without the reporter seeing it, use an internal note instead. See Adding & Managing Comments and Issue Page for the full set of what's available there.
Reporting feedback yourself
You can also submit feedback the same way a Guest or Reporter does: click the widget button on the website, annotate the screenshot, and describe the issue. See Reporting Feedback: Guests & Reporters for the full walkthrough.
