AI Features
AI Title Generation
Automatically creates a clear, actionable title from the reporter's description. When enabled, the title field is hidden from the widget, so reporters can focus on describing their issue. The title is generated when the issue is submitted.
AI Magic Rewrite
Helps reporters turn rough notes into clear, actionable feedback. With a single click, Marker.io rewrites the description to fix grammar, improve clarity, and structure the content, all while preserving the reporter's original tone and meaning.
AI Translation
Lets reporters submit feedback in their native language. Marker.io automatically detects the language and translates the title and description into your team's preferred language. The original content is always preserved and accessible.
How to enable AI features
Go to your Website > Settings
Navigate to the AI page
Enable the features you want to use
Save your settings
Each feature can be enabled or disabled independently.
Defaults for new and existing projects
New projects have AI Title Generation and AI Magic Rewrite enabled by default. You can disable them at any time in the project's settings.
Existing projects created before February 2025 are not affected. Their AI settings remain unchanged.
Can I opt out?
Yes. You can control AI features at two levels:
Per website: Enable or disable AI features in each website's project settings.
Workspace-wide: Admins can disable AI for the entire workspace in Workspace settings > AI. This overrides per-website settings and turns off all AI features across every project.
Data security & privacy
All AI features are powered by Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed AI service that prioritizes enterprise-grade security and privacy.
No model training on your data: Your issues, descriptions, and feedback are never used to train AI models
Data processed in isolation: Each request is processed independently and not retained after processing
Encrypted in transit and at rest: All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
SOC 2 and GDPR compliant: Amazon Bedrock meets strict security and compliance requirements
