We offer 3 ways to capture screenshots and report bugs on Mobile. But first, we need to clarify your needs. Are you looking to do QA & testing on Native Mobile Apps or on Responsive Websites?

1. Native Mobile Apps

If you're working on a native mobile app, you can also use our iOS and Android mobile capture apps to install on your phones.

Our mobile apps are currently reserved for Beta users. If you're interested in reporting bugs on native mobile apps, sign up for the BETA here. We will send you the information on how to get started

2. Responsive Websites

If you're working on a website/web app and you need to make sure that it is responsive (adapts to any device), the following two options should be perfect for you.

1.1 Browser mobile device simulator

Go to your website and turn on the mobile simulator built inside your browser. Select the device your want to emulate (eg: iPhone 5s) and your website will automatically be adapted to render what it would look like on a particular device.

Start the Marker.io browser extensions and capture your screen. You can now annotate and turn the screenshot into a task in your bug tracking tools (eg: Trello, JIRA, GitHub,...). We will also grab all the technical data about the BrowserStack device you are emulating so your developers can easily reproduce the bug in the same environment.

1.2 BrowserStack

Browserstack.com is a service that lets you tes your website for cross browser compatibility on real browsers. You'll get instant access to multiple desktop and mobile browsers.

When testing in Browserstack.com , simply use the Marker.io browser extension to capture a bug or feedback. We will also grab all the technical data about the BrowserStack device you are emulating so your developers can easily reproduce the bug in the same environment.
