📼NOTE: Marker.io now has its own session replay function. Check out our Session Replay Guide.

The FullStory integration makes it easy to understand how a bug happened by watching each step that led to the reported problem, right from inside your favorite project management tool.

This provides deep contextual information and insights into otherwise siloed product experiences that aren’t visible when looking at individual bugs or user stories in separate channels.

FullStory allows you to replay user sessions and understand steps that led to the bugs reported.

Set up FullStory Integration

Ensure that your FullStory script and Marker.io script are installed across your website.

When anyone reports issues through the Marker.io widget, the FullStory user session is captured and attached to your issue inside your project management tool.

Sample Issue page

Below is a sample issue page with a link to the FullStory session when the user reported the issue. Click on the link to view the steps that occurred before the issue was reported.

Marker.io captures the FullStory user session and pinpoints the exact moment the person reported the issue.

Sample PM/Issue tracker page

The FullStory link is also sent to the PM/Issue tracking tool you integrated with. For0 example, a sample Linear issue is below.

Recap

For Marker.io to successfully capture and link FullStory sessions, ensure both the FullStory and Marker.io scripts are installed on the same website pages. This allows Marker.io to automatically detect and link session replays with all issues reported.
