Sometimes you might like to add feedback as a subtask on Marker.io. It is possible on many of our integrations. Here Joe talks about how to set up some use cases on ClickUp as an example.

In summary, first create your parent task in your integration (here in ClickUp). For example: Bugs, content updates, triage.

Then decide whether you'd like reporters to choose the parent, or preselect the parent for them. In the example above Joe allows Members to select the parent themselves and preassigns “Triage” to all guest feedback. Of course, you can decide to mix things up where needed.
