Advanced Project Insights & Analytics

Ever wondered how well your team and clients are using Marker.io? How good is your team at addressing issues? Who are the top reporters? With our analytics section, you can now answer these questions.


Analytics Overview

Within each of your projects, the analytics page offers details on the number of:

  • Open Issues: Issues that are currently unresolved.

  • Resolved Issues: Issues that have been addressed and fixed.

  • Archived Issues: Issues that have been closed and archived for future reference.

  • Total Issues: The sum of all open, resolved, and archived issues.

Graph Details

  • Issues Reported by Guests and Public Reporters: Shown in red.

  • Issues Reported by Members: Shown in blue.

  • Cumulative Issues Over the Last 30 Days: Shown in grey.

Filtering and Viewing Options

  • Role Filtering: You can filter issues by guest or member roles to see contributions from different user types.

  • Time Frame Selection: Choose between 7, 30, or 90 days to adjust the view of the data displayed.

Top Reporters

The analytics page also highlights the top reporters, giving you insight into who is most actively contributing to your projects.


Enabling Analytics

Check that your Marker.io plan has access to analytics here.

To view the Analytics, navigate to your Project Settings > Issues > Analytics.


Advanced Analytics

We are considering building more advanced analytics. If this is important to you, consider voting here.

Potential additional features include:

  • List most active reporters across all projects

  • Track total open issues across the entire account.

  • Measuring average first response time

  • Calculating average resolution time

  • Exporting analytics data.
