On November 20, 2023, we stopped offering legacy plans and moved every customer who bought a plan before April 2023 to a new plan. This change might have affected the price you pay depending on a) how many members were invited to your workspace and b) the date on which you purchased your plan.

This article explains why your latest invoice might have a different amount.

In April 2023, we raised prices for new customers. This was the first time we had increased prices since 2019.

For customers who bought a plan before April 2023, we let you keep your existing legacy plan for a few more months to give you time to get ready. On November 20, 2023, we stopped offering all legacy plans and moved every customer who bought a plan before April 2023 to a new plan.

However, the total price of your plan could be affected by the number of members you invite to your workspace. Please note that Guests and Reporters are still free and unlimited.

This change takes effect on November 20, 2023. However, you will only be charged the new price on your following billing cycle on or after that date. For example, if you’re on a yearly billing cycle that renews every 15th of March, you will not pay the new price until March 15, 2024.

Your previous plan’s price was $59 per month (or $49/mo if paid annually) and included 10 members. However, you couldn't add more members unless you upgraded to the next tier.

After November 20th, 2023, your new plan's price is $59 per month (or $49/mo if paid annually) and now includes 3 members. However, you can add as many members as you want and only pay for the ones you use. For each additional member beyond the 3 members included for free, it will cost $6 per month on a monthly plan, and $4 per month on a yearly plan.

Your previous plan’s price was $99 per month (or $79/mo if paid annually) and included 50 members. However, you couldn't add more members unless you upgraded to the next tier.

After November 20th, 2023, your new plan's price is $149 per month (or $99/mo if paid annually) and now includes 15 members. However, you can add as many members as you want and only pay for the ones you use. For each additional member beyond the 15 members included for free, it will cost $9 per month on a monthly plan, and $6 per month on a yearly plan.

Your previous plan’s price was $49 per month (or $39/mo if paid annually) and included 5 members. However, you could only add additional members in batches of 5 users.

After November 20th, 2023, your new plan's price is $59 per month (or $49/mo if paid annually) and now includes 3 members. However, we changed how we charge for extra Members to make it more fair. Instead of buying 5 seats at a time, you will only pay for each seat you use. For each additional member beyond the 3 members included for free, it will cost $6 per month on a monthly plan, and $4 per month on a yearly plan.
