Some details on how to view and receive your invoice

View and download invoices.

To view your past invoices, you need to be part of the Admin role on your account.

Any admin can then navigate to Workspace Settings > Billing > Invoices


Receive invoices by email

To receive your invoices by email, navigate to Workspace Settings > Billing > Billing Details https://app.marker.io/settings/team/billing

Here you can activate the Invoice by email feature and add your invoicing email.

Plan Changes

  • If you switch plans (e.g., from Starter to Team), you will be billed immediately.

User Modifications within the Same Plan

We calculate all our charges on a prorated basis, depending on your usage.

If you add or remove paid users (eg: changing from 3 to 4 users), we will prorate and invoice your account as such:

  • For yearly plans: If you add users, you will be billed on the first day of the following calendar month. If you remove users, your account will be credited.

  • For monthly plans: If you add users, you will be billed on your next scheduled billing date. If you remove users, your account will be credited.

All changes, including unused and remaining time, will be outlined on your invoice.

๐Ÿ’ก If you remove one member and add another in quick succession, your billing should remain unaffected.
