With Marker.io, you can connect and manage multiple integrated accounts, like Jira, Trello, Asana, Shortcut etc. Here’s a step-by-step guide to set up and use multiple accounts for issue tracking and bug reporting.
Setting Up Multiple Integrated Accounts
1. Connect Your First Account
To begin, connect your first account using Marker.io. For example, if you’re setting up Jira:
Follow the instructions in the Jira documentation.
Complete the setup for the first account, ensuring it’s properly connected to Marker.io.
2. Add Additional Accounts
Note: To use your integration with multiple accounts on Marker.io, each integration account must have a unique email address. If not, create an alias email for the additional account.
Once you’ve connected your first account, you can add more integrated accounts directly in Marker.io:
Go to the Shared Accounts page: Marker.io Account Settings.
Select Add Account and follow the prompts to connect your second account (or more).
3. Select an Account for Each Project
When creating a new project in Marker.io, you’ll have the option to choose from any of your connected accounts. Simply pick the account you’d like to use for that specific project and proceed to set up the project as usual.
