Collecting website issues on PrestaShop CMS is easy with Marker.io! This guide will walk you through adding Marker.io to your PrestaShop site using a free module.
Prerequisites
Access to your PrestaShop admin panel.
The Marker.io JavaScript code from your project settings.
The PrestaShop module for Marker.io.
How to add Marker.io to PrestaShop
This JavaScript installation method depends on a free PrestaShop module available here. The availability of this module is subject to change.
Download the module here
Within PrestaShop admin, navigate to Modules > Module Manager
Select Upload a Module to upload the zip file from above.
Click the + sign to configure your JavaScript code
Give your script a name.
For hooking point select displayHeader
Switch on Activated
From app.marker.io navigate to your project settings > widget > Installation > Add code manually and copy code.
Paste the copied script from above into the "Your script" area as below and strip out the <script> and </script> tags.
