Real-time Status Synchronization syncs issue statuses with your project management tool in real-time, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date information. For example, if you move a Trello card to a new list, will synchronize the card's status accordingly.

Automatic Issue Resolution provides custom issue statuses: Open, Archived, and Resolved. With the Status sync feature, you can create rules to automatically mark an issue as resolved. To set up this feature, navigate to your project settings and select Settings > Status sync.

When your team updates the issue status to "done" in your project management tool, will automatically update the feedback to "resolved."

Automatic Reporter Notifications

When you update an issue to the "Resolved" status, reporters will receive a confirmation email informing them that their issue has been resolved. This helps keep reporters in the loop and engaged with the process.
