One of the main objection we hear from customers looking to switch from BugHerd to a more robust issue tracking tool like Trello, Asana, Github or Jira, is the ability to mass import all existing bugs into the new system. 

Obviously, they are all looking to adopt Marker.io in the process of this change, so our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible. Hopefully, this guide will help

Step 1: Export BugHerd bugs

The idea is to first export all your BugHerd bugs in CSV. You can find how to do that there 👇

Step 2: Import bugs into your favorite app (via Zapier)

Once all your bugs are exported, import them into whatever tool you prefer like Trello, GitHub or Jira. 

To do so, you will need to use a combination of Google Spreadsheet and Zapier. It takes a bit of manual work, but everything is clearly explained in the video tutorial:
