Find Notion Database

After connecting your Notion account, you should see all your databases.

⚠️ Important: Because the Notion API is still in Beta, it can take up to 30 minutes for Marker.io to find all your databases. We recommend that your regular try again using the refresh button.

If you still can find your databases after 30 minutes, you might need to give explicit access to your database.

GIve database access

Giving database access to the Marker.io app is pretty straightforward.

Navigate to the desired database in Notion. Then, in the upper right corner, click Share and then Invite.

In the modal that appears, you can then select Marker.io.

Confirm by clicking Invite. You will now see the Marker.io app added to the list in the Share menu.

That's it! You can now head back to Marker.io, add your destination and start gathering feedback.

If you are still not seeing your Database, you can use the reload feature in the destination creation modal.

⚠️ It can take some time for Notion to propagate the change, so if the database doesn't appear immediately, try again after a little while.

Still not working?

Sometimes even by following these steps, not all databases will show up. If you still can't find your database, watch our step-by-step tutorial below.
